RETURN POLICY
You can exchange or return your item for refunding (pending approval), if you communicate with the Close Point team via email within 5 calendar days of receipt. The item MUST be in perfect condition.
Your item(s) can be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
1. You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
2. The item is in perfect condition
3. The item must be unused (unworn or washed)
4. The item must have all tags intact
5. In original packaging
6. Provide proof of purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected by the Closed Point team. You will be notified via email:
1. When the return was received
2. If it has been approved or rejected
Once a decision has been made, you will be notified via email. If the item has been approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days of approval.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@closedpoint.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
